I purchased an aurora borealis bracelet. It came in a flimsy plastic bag, and the beads look like they're made of plastic. I won't be shopping with them again. This store and website are a total scam.

I got myself a heart necklace from Swarovski, and let me tell ya, it’s gorgeous! The price was fantastic, and it arrived super fast.

Zero stars. This is a total rip-off. All the jewelry is fake, not genuine gold or Swarovski. Half of what I ordered was also incorrect, plus I got some empty boxes for a few items (yep, just empty boxes with nothing in 'em). No phone number to reach out to, which is the first big red flag. I tried emailing them, and they took weeks to get back to me with some really unprofessional grammar, another red flag. They asked me to send pictures of what I got and what I ordered, which is just ridiculous since they should have my order details. They kept sending me back and forth with confusing questions to dodge giving me a refund, even after I clearly answered their questions multiple times, like which jewelry I wanted replaced or refunded; if I wanted a refund for it; which one was missing; and so on. Stay away from these scammers. I just don’t get how some folks have so much time to pull off these scams.

This was my initial order, and I’m really pleased with the jewelry. It’s fantastic, and the quality is top-notch. I’ve gotten some great compliments on it. For sure, I’ll be picking up more in the future.
